In 2002, the Canadian Senate Special Committee On Illegal Drugs wrote this extensive report called "Cannabis: Our Position for a Canadian Public Policy". During their study of the issue, Senate Committee members visited the BCCCS to learn more about our model for dispensing medicinal cannabis.
