How to sign up

Step 1: Sign up on-line

Please complete our user registration form.

Step 2: Sign release form

In order to ensure correct identity, members will sign a release form at front desk. The release form is petition style, and will ask for your signature to confirm your identity.

If you are a mailout member, you can mail in your release form with your order. If you live out-of-town or are immobilized, we will confrim your user registration by telephone.

Step 3: Review and approval of application, and e-mail confirmation/password sent

We will review your application, and upon approval you will receive an email containing a username and password you can use to log in to our Member's Area.
