Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and fluid that
surround the central nervous system, from the cranium (entire face
and skull) to the sacrum (tail bone). Any type of imbalance or
restriction in these areas can lead to a variety of sensory, motor
or neurological dysfunctions anywhere in the body. Very gentle
manual techniques are used to help release these restrictions
allowing the entire body to function with more ease.
Physically, CST is of incredible value for conditions from
chronic pain, to post surgical recovery, head injuries, breathing
and digestive problems and much more. On the emotional level CST is
good for such things as anxiety, emotional imbalances, sleep
problems etc.
